Three things we do differently

An honest wait, quoted up front

If the bench is three weeks deep we say three weeks. A date you can plan around is worth more than one that sounds better.

Adjusted before replaced

Most of what comes in needs setting up, not new parts. We will not sell you a component that a half hour on the stand would have fixed.

We'll tell you to stop

Sometimes the repair costs more than the bike is worth, and we would rather say so than take the work.

Drop-offs by appointment

Tell us what it's doing and we'll tell you the wait.

Rear unit, down the side of the building. Wednesday to Saturday. Ring or write before coming — drop-offs are by appointment so the bench stays predictable.
